AB Integration develops and deploys ABI. Founded by Anthony Bakhit in Toronto in November 2025. Each module was written to solve a specific failure point in how appointment-based service businesses handle their customer lifecycle, not adapted from a generic platform.

ABI captures inbound demand, applies the rules you set, writes into your existing booking platform, keeps one persistent memory per customer, and runs the full lifecycle from confirmation to recovery. The same system, the same loop, on every contact.
Not self-serve. Each deployment is configured for the business it serves, based on an intro call and a short discovery pass.

We don’t want to be your agency. We want to install a system that runs on its own and gets more accurate over time. Less of us, more of the machine.
We stay in our lane
ABI is for appointment-based service businesses that are leaking revenue to missed calls, no-shows and dormant customers. If that isn’t you, we’ll say so.
We are honest about the numbers
We model conservatively against your real data. If we can’t show you a clear case, we don’t try to sell you the system.
We don’t rip-and-replace
ABI installs above what you already use. Your booking platform, your calendar, your team’s habits stay. We add the layer, we don’t rebuild the stack.
We treat compliance as table stakes
Built to Canadian privacy standards (PIPEDA/PHIPA-aligned), and HIPAA-aligned for US deployments. Encrypted in transit and at rest. Designed for regulated health environments, not retrofitted to them.
We are okay with the off-ramp
One-week trial, honest review, easy off if it is not working. We’d rather run on businesses that love us than hold onto ones that don’t.
